We are looking for team players to join us who have a proven track record in network design, troubleshooting and customer satisfaction; certifications and degrees are a plus – a good attitude is a must.

OPEN POSITIONS

Data Center Supervisor

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring of data center infrastructure such as electrical, UPS, generator, HVAC, etc.
• Monitoring of client backup and replication software, responding to alarm conditions.
• Task delegation and scheduling of night and weekend operations staff.
• Provide phone support to managed service clients on Continuity Centers disaster recovery services
• Assist clients with remote software installation for Continuity Centers services
• Train clients on proper usage of Continuity Centers services
• Provide 2nd level support to data center technicians

Additional Information:

• Hours: Monday through Friday,  5PM-1AM
• Ideal candidate will also have experience in Level I or II help desk support and or network engineering.
• Salary range is $45,000 to $65,000 depending on applicants skill set
• Medical insurance paid 50% by employer
• 401k available
